Here's my latest completed sewing project. I made the Artsy Clutch from Amy Karol's "Bend the Rules Sewing" http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/0307347214/ref=s9_simh_gw_p14_i1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=1V8T5RRQ4TEDRM0SE5YA&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=470938631&pf_rd_i=507846. I used Alexander Henry's Luca Sage for the outside panels and Kaffe Fassett's Shot Cotton in Sprout for the lining. Amy's book is fantastic--lots of great, easy projects with character. And, I've learned that using quality fabric makes all the difference in the world.
